Thanks of Receipt!
Actually I did not like Luganighetta sausage, but since last time,(Party of Piergiorgio)i have been starting like it a lot.
It will be today my dinner menu!
Dear Erica,
This sounds really tasty, but for a very special dinner with friends, MY friends would prefer me to take them out in a restaurant as, unfortunately, so many times and despite my painstaking efforts, I proved to be a perfectly disastrous cook.
:-(
Well, lüganiga is good also with polenta and it's a very important ingredient for casöla. If you want these and more recipes just ask me, even though I'm not(like Zorana)a great cook.
Luganighetta sausage is delicious!!
especially during the summer with "costine" and a lot of friends. It's perfect for big barbecues... :-)
Luganighetta is just THE sausage here in Ticino! Grilled, with rice, with polenta, in some ways also served as a salad, luganighetta has been influencing our food habits a lot! The "sister" of Luganighetta is the Luganiga: which boiled is simply delicious!
