Another unforgettable chocolate-experience is undoubtful the “Swiss Chocolate Roulette”. With “Girolle”, the traditional cheese-slicer instead from a cheese you rasp from a huge, solid block of marbeled dark and white Swiss chocolate.
Eat the wafer-thin chocolate ribbons pure, with desserts or use them to create your own delicious chocolate-mousse.
At Manor you can buy the whole set (with "Girolle" included) or only the chocolate disk - a nice gift and always worth a sin...!
